"One step closer to the real sky"
Have you always wanted to fly?

Flying in a simulator is a fun and an inexpensive way to be on the controls of an airplane or helicopter.
A real world FAA certified pilot or instructor will be at your side to give you flight simulator lessons.

The flight simulator is located at Beverly Airport and features four high resolution screens with full flight controls.
Want to book a lesson?  Send an email request to schedule an appointment!

Simulators are now available for rental in blocks or for unlimited use!  Lowest cost simulator rentals in the Boston Area!

Six simulators are available onsite including Elite “steam gauge” panel with Garmin 430W and Redbird “glass gauge” panel with Garmin 1000.  Both are FAA approved simulators.

REDBIRD G1000 Simulator is now available for rental and/or instruction.  Master the G1000 “knobology”. Log towards Private or Instrument training requirements or use to maintain instrument currency.

ELITE Single and Multi-Engine Simulator is now available for rental and/or instruction.  Now includes Garmin 430 WAAS.  Master the Garmin 430/530 “knobology”. Log towards Private or Instrument training requirements or use to maintain instrument currency in single or multi-engine aircraft.

“Simulator to Solo” and “Simulator Ground School” courses also offered in Fall of 2014.  Email us for additional information. Simulator to Solo offers a progression of simulator lessons to complement the solo requirements of the Private Pilot syllabus.  Simulator Ground School incorporates simulator training with ground school geared towards passing the FAA Private, Instrument, Commercial written tests.

Student Pilots working on Private Pilot tasks?  Practice all of the flight maneuvers required for the Private Pilot Practical Test at a fraction of the cost of an airplane.

Private or Commercial needing to brush up?  Don't wait for the BFR to practice!  Use the simulator to brush up on your skills.

Flying cross-country somewhere new or to an unfamiliar field?  Fly your trip in advance.  Flying IFR?  Fly the various IFR approaches at your destination and be prepared.

IFR?  Practice your approaches before you fly.  Always staying current on your minimum approaches by practicing the same Lawrence/Beverly/Bedford approaches?  Try some other New England approaches and see if staying current on the local approaches is really enough.  Need something more challenging?  Try some mountain IFR approaches to minimums.  Ask about our progressive currency program for year-round IFR currency.

Instructor?  Use the simulator for additional "ground" instruction for your students.  No more hand-held miniature airplane as the prop.  The simulator is the best "prop" for explaining aviation concepts.

Do you want to learn more about Aviation without studying and signing up for flight lessons?
Take one or several mission based courses, like airspace, navigation and mountain flying. The courses are primarily designed to show you how much fun aviation is, but also what the challenges of aviation are. All courses are tailored for non-aviation experienced participants. As such, no studying is required. Because all courses are given by real FAA certified pilots or instructors, you will learn the real world skills without the pressure and price tag of real flying.

Get started with THE BASICS Course. During this 2 hour course you will learn the basic flight maneuvers like flying level, turning, climbing, changing airspeeds and descending. THE BASICS airplane course is only $99.00, which includes the instruction and simulator.

Thinking about getting a real pilot certificate?
Save more than a thousand dollars by flying in a simulator first. Our FAA certified instructors will be more than happy to assist you to obtain the right pilot certificate and keep your real flight training affordable.
